Leasing:

Investment value is derived in large part from the income generated by tenant rentals. Craig Realty Advisors Inc. has negotiated new leases and renewals on virtually every category of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, special use, governmental and healthcare. Lease documentation can be complex and tenant negotiations are often both strategic and technical.
